Late payments may incur a surcharge of 7% above the Bank of England base rate.

Discounts are conditional upon full fulfilment of booked campaigns; unfulfilled campaigns revert to the standard rate.
Cancellations must be received in writing at least 30 days before the copy deadline.
Cancellations after that date are subject to full charge.
In the event of event-related supplements (e.g., PLMA, SIAL, Anuga) being postponed or cancelled, advertising bookings remain valid for the corresponding issue unless otherwise agreed.
All creative material produced or modified by GSN Media Group Ltd remains its intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The Publisher may reuse or reference advertisements in future marketing materials for demonstrative purposes.
The Publisher will not be liable for any loss arising from non-publication, delay, or error, except where caused by gross negligence.
Advertisers indemnify the Publisher against any claim arising from their advertisement, including infringement of intellectual-property rights or misrepresentation.
Our website may include links to third-party sites or services.
We are not responsible for their content, security, or data-handling practices.
Use of those sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GSN Media Group Ltd shall not be liable for:
