VANCOUVER, Canada — GreenCore Solutions Corp. has signed a letter of intent to establish a new joint venture in Australia aimed at expanding its AI-powered procurement platform across the Asia-Pacific region.
The planned venture, GSC Agentic Pty. Ltd., will focus on bringing GreenCore’s AI Agent Fleet technology to beauty, personal care and consumer packaged goods (CPG) manufacturers throughout Australia and Asia. Under the agreement, GreenCore will provide the technology platform and operational expertise, while the regional partner will manage local sales, onboarding and customer support.
The move comes as companies across the consumer goods sector increasingly explore artificial intelligence to automate purchasing, supplier interactions and procurement workflows.
GreenCore said the joint venture will hold exclusive sales rights for beauty, personal care and CPG customers across the region. Rather than building new infrastructure locally, customer demand will be routed through the company’s existing AI agent platform.
According to the company, its technology is designed to connect retailers and manufacturers through automated procurement signals and AI-assisted ordering processes while maintaining human oversight during purchase order transactions.
