Lidl Cuts Fruit Juice Prices Across Germany

Lidl Cuts Fruit Juice Prices Across Germany

Lidl Cuts Fruit Juice Prices from 24 November, lowering the cost of several Solevita juices and one nectar across all German stores.
The discounter says these reductions are permanent and come directly from lower raw material costs in the juice market.

The biggest drop is on Solevita Fresh Orange Juice with Pulp, which becomes 40 cents cheaper at €2.59.
The same price applies to the version without pulp.
Other orange, apple, and mixed fruit juices also fall between 10 and 20 cents depending on the format.

Lidl said it is continuing to pass on sourcing savings immediately.
Industry figures from the German Fruit Juice Association place per-capita consumption at around 24 litres per year, with apple and orange juice among the strongest-selling varieties nationwide.

The company also noted that fruit juice can count as one of the daily recommended portions of fruit and vegetables.
The VdF says this can be helpful during winter, when fresh fruit assortment is more limited in many regions.

All price reductions apply nationwide, and Lidl confirmed that regional price differences do not exist for these items.

The new prices include:

  • Solevita Fresh Orange Juice with Pulp, 1L – €2.59 (down from €2.99)

  • Solevita Fresh Orange Juice without Pulp, 1L – €2.59 (down from €2.99)

  • Solevita Fresh Cloudy Apple Juice and Apple-Mango, 1L – €1.79 (down from €1.99)

  • Solevita Fresh Direct Juice Orange Mango and Red Multi-Mix, 1L – €2.49 (down from €2.69)

  • Solevita Cloudy Apple Direct Juice, 1L – €1.29 (down from €1.39)

  • Solevita 100% Apple Juice, 1.5L – €1.49 (down from €1.59)

  • Solevita Apple Nectar 50%, 1.5L – €1.49 (down from €1.59)

The reductions reinforce Lidl’s position as a price leader in Germany’s juice category.
The retailer has issued similar updates across dairy, canned goods, and private-label staples this year, often linked to shifts in ingredient and sourcing costs.

Lidl said the new prices take effect from Monday and will remain in place unless market conditions change.
