The Food Standards Agency has issued an urgent warning after three Christmas flapjack products were recalled due to a “possible health risk.”
The recall covers Flapjackery’s Mince Pie Crumble range, which contains almonds that are not declared on the label.
The affected items have been on sale since 1 November 2025.
They include the Mince Pie Crumble Flapjack, the Christmas Towers box, and the Rudolph box.
All carry a best-before date of March 2026.
The FSA said anyone with an almond allergy should not eat the products under any circumstances.
Shoppers are advised to return them to any store where they were purchased for a full refund.
Flapjackery said the recall applies across its 16 stores in the South West of England, including Tavistock, Plymouth, Wells, St Ives, Bath, Bristol, Chichester, Dartmouth, Minehead, and Falmouth.
The bakery also sells its seasonal products online for delivery across the UK.
The company confirmed that refunds are available at all store locations.
Customers can contact Flapjackery through its service line or email for more details.
The recall comes during a peak period for seasonal bakery sales, with Christmas ranges already widely available across UK high streets and gifting channels.
