MEATMANIA 2026 has sold out its remaining exhibition space months before the 33rd edition opens at the Inter Expo Center in Sofia, Bulgaria, from 11 to 14 November.
The event will bring together meat processors, manufacturers, distributors, retailers and equipment suppliers from Bulgaria and international markets. Organisers said the final available spaces for MEATMANIA and its co-located dairy exhibition had already been taken by the beginning of August.
According to the official event announcement, exhibitors will present machinery and equipment covering production, processing, storage and product supply. The show will also include meat products and delicatessen, refrigeration equipment, retail equipment and specialist laboratory systems.
Packaging will form a significant part of the exhibition. Suppliers are expected to display packaging lines, labelling and marking equipment, logistics systems, specialist vehicles and traceability technology. Robotic, digital and autonomous systems will also feature as meat processors look for ways to improve productivity, food safety and operational control.
MEATMANIA forms part of Bulgaria’s wider International Food Exhibitions programme. It runs alongside INTERFOOD&DRINK, Dairy Expo Sofia, BULPEK and the Wine & Spirits Show, giving buyers access to several food, beverage, processing and packaging categories during the same visit.
The combined exhibition format attracted more than 23,000 visitors in 2025. Attendees included owners, managers, buyers, traders, business delegations, industry specialists and representatives of small, medium-sized and international companies.
The latest sell-out announcement adds a fresh development to GTN’s guide to food trade events in Bulgaria. It also points to strong supplier demand for access to the country’s food-processing market and the wider Balkan region.
MEATMANIA is organised by the Association of Meat Processors in Bulgaria in partnership with the Inter Expo Center. The exhibition opens on 11 November and will run for four days, with trade meetings, demonstrations and an accompanying business programme planned across the co-located shows.
