Coca-Cola HBC AG reported strong financial results for 2025, generating €11.6 billion in net sales revenue, an increase of 7.9% on a reported basis and 8.1% organically.

Organic volume rose 2.8%, reaching 2,997.4 million unit cases during the year.

Energy remained the fastest-growing category, expanding 28.3%, while Sparkling beverages increased 2.5%.

Comparable EBIT reached €1.36 billion, up 13.8% reported and 11.5% organically, with the comparable EBIT margin improving to 11.7%, an increase of 60 basis points.

Net profit climbed 14.6% to €940.4 million, while comparable earnings per share rose 19.7% to €2.72.

Free cash flow totaled €700 million, and leverage remained low, with net debt at 0.7 times EBITDA.

The board proposed a dividend of €1.20 per share, representing a 17% increase year-on-year.

Emerging markets delivered the strongest momentum, with 13.2% organic revenue growth, led by Africa.

Developing markets increased 6.1%.

Energy delivered its tenth consecutive year of double-digit growth. Coffee expanded in out-of-home channels through Costa Coffee and Caffè Vergnano.
