ALDI Cuts Salmon Prices on a wide range of salmon products from Friday, November 28. The price cut spans ALDI Nord and ALDI SÜD and lowers several smoked, fresh, frozen and organic salmon lines by up to €1.50.
The reduction comes at the start of the Christmas season, when salmon is one of Germany’s most popular festive foods. More than half of German fish shoppers serve salmon at Christmas, and ALDI says the move is designed to ease pressure during a high-cost winter.
The retailer highlights that its ALMARE Norwegian smoked salmon recently received a “best value” rating from Stiftung Warentest, supporting its price-leading position in the holiday period.
