Tyson Foods has launched a new range of summer grilling products across several of its major consumer brands as the company targets seasonal demand in the United States FMCG market.
The Summer 2026 rollout includes new smoked sausages, hot dogs and limited-edition chicken nuggets under the Tyson, Wright, Ball Park and Hillshire Farm brands. The products are being released at select retailers nationwide ahead of peak summer cookout season.
The expansion reflects continued activity in the us fmcg sector as food brands prepare seasonal ranges tied to outdoor dining, holiday gatherings and convenience meals.
One of the largest additions comes from the Wright brand, which is launching its first fully cooked rope sausage line. The range includes Garlic & Black Pepper, Three Cheese Smokehouse and Smoked Jalapeño & Cheddar varieties.
The Hillshire Farm brand is also expanding its smoked sausage lineup with new products designed for quick preparation during summer meals and backyard cookouts. New additions include Spicy Italian Style Smoked Sausage, Sweet Hickory Links and Jalapeño Cheddar Links.
Meanwhile, the Ball Park brand is introducing Bun Size Jalapeño Beef Franks made with 100% beef and sized to match standard hot dog buns. Tyson Foods said the product is aimed at grilling occasions, tailgates and game day gatherings.
The company is also releasing limited-time Tyson Star Chicken Nuggets to mark America’s 250th anniversary celebrations. The nuggets feature star shapes and red, white and blue themed packaging for summer seasonal promotions.
The launch shows how major food manufacturers continue using seasonal limited-edition products and flavor innovation to drive retail sales during peak summer demand periods in the us fmcg market.
Tyson Foods said the products are rolling out now at select retailers across the United States.
